SHIPPING
National shipments: Once stock has been confirmed, shipments are made by courier with an approximate delivery time of 48 working hours* depending on the type of shipment chosen and the peninsular or island destination.
International shipments: Once stock has been confirmed, shipments are made by courier with an approximate delivery time of 48 working hours* depending on the type of shipment chosen and the destination. You can place your orders from anywhere in the world except Russia. Shipping costs and delivery time depend on the destination, and are free for orders over 100€. The corresponding costs will be indicated at the time of confirming the purchase.

Countries outside the European Union are subject to the payment of taxes that may or may not be included in the final price. Once you have chosen the final destination of a shipment, it will be indicated whether the taxes are included or not, totally or partially, or you can choose whether to pay them at the same time or later when the order arrives at customs at its final destination.
* During the sales period (January, July, Black Friday...) the shipment will be made as defined on the home page.

 

PAYMENT

You can pay for your order using Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept bank transfers. The payment is handled through the payment Gateway of the financial institution concerned once the data have been checked. Your card will be charged at the time you make the order. In the event of a stock problem with any items in your order, we will contact you via email. shoponline.charoruiz.com reserves the right to reject any credit card transaction. In this case, we will refund the cash to the original paying method. In this case scenario, we will refund you the total amount.

 

RETURN OF WOMAN COLLECTION AND SALES

If you are not satisfied with any of the items received, or receive a damaged item due to a manufacturing problem, you can return it or request a replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns cannot have been previously washed or used and they should have been kept in its original packaging and with the original label.

To do this, you must send an email to shoponline@charoruiz.com with the details of your order and the reason for return or replacement. Once the data have been checked, you can send the item to be returned. Once the item has been received in our offices and the condition of the item has been checked, the money for the returned item will be refunded in the same way as it was paid.

When the item is returned because of a manufacturing problem or because of a mistake in the size/colour/item on our part, return shipping cost will be at our expense. In all other cases, return shipping will be paid by the customer.

By law, the refund must be made within a maximum period of 14 days from when the customer communicates the withdrawal, and may retain it until the product is in your facilities.

Sizes are based on our size guide; we do not make bespoke dresses.

If you receive a damaged item due to a manufacturing defect, please send an email to shoponline@charoruiz.com with the details of your order and the defect and our online shop department will contact you to solve the problem.
