You can place your orders from anywhere in the world except Russia. Shipping costs and delivery time depend on the destination, being free shipping on orders over 100€. Countries outside the European Union are subject to the payment of taxes that may or may not be included in the final price. In the event of a stock problem with any items in your order, we will contact you via email. shoponline.charoruiz.com reserves the right to reject any credit card transaction. RETURN OF WOMAN COLLECTION AND SALES
If you are not satisfied with any of the items received, or you receive a damaged item due to a production defect, you can return it and request an exchange of your women's collection order within 30 days from the delivery date, as long as the garment has not been washed or used and provided that it is in its original packaging and with its original label.
To do this, you must send an email to shoponline@charoruiz.com with the details of your order and the reason for the return or exchange. Once verified the data, you can proceed to send the item by the means you consider most appropriate, always within the period of days indicated. Once the return has been received in our offices and the condition of the garment has been verified, we will proceed to the monetary refund of the returned item in the same way it was paid.
When the garment is returned because of a manufacturing defect or because of a size/color/model error on our part, the return shipping costs will be at our expense. In all other cases the return postage will be paid by the customer unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
By law, the refund must be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the time the customer communicates the withdrawal, being able to retain it until the product is in your facilities.
